About
Loudoun Foreclosures is written by Danilo Bogdanovic, a Real Estate Consultant and Realtor with United Real Estate in Northern Virginia. The goal of this blog has remained the same from the start - to provide a clear, accurate and unbiased analysis of the Loudoun County foreclosure/bank-owned and short-sale real estate market.
Loudoun Foreclosures is read by consumers, real estate professionals and editors from leading local, national and international publications such as Loudoun Easterner, Leesburg Today, Washington Post, Reuters, USA Today and The Economist.
My take on the Loudoun County real estate market is unique - it’s that of a local Realtor, someone who has lived in Northern VA for over 30 years, someone who spends their time “on and off the clock” in the area and someone who is married to a native of Northern VA (much more rare than you’d think).
While this blog is focused on Loudoun County foreclosure/bank-owned and short-sale properties, my other blog, Loudoun Scene, is focused on the Loudoun County real estate market in general including information, statistics and resources for home buyers, sellers and investors.
Though the local real estate market is the primary focus of my blogs, you’ll notice posts about other topics that are also high up on my list such as technology, social media, fundraising/charitable stuff, etc. Being a Realtor is not what defines me and that’s why I like to talk about and share other things that are important to me and others. I do this on my local real estate blogs, as well as a contributing author at VAR Buzz, the official blog of the Virginia Association of Realtors, and Agent Genius, a national real estate magazine.
If I can share my insights and information about about the local real estate market and area with consumers, help change the real estate industry for the better and gain some business along the way (after all, this is my full-time career), that would be great. I (and others) consider myself an expert on the local real estate market and hope that you do too after reading my blogs and chatting with me. At the very least, I hope that enjoy reading my blog and I welcome your feedback and suggestions on how to make it better for you.
If you’d like more information about buying, selling or renting a home in the area, feel free to contact me at any time. I would appreciate the opportunity to earn your business.
